How to create a backup copy of your database
Create your backup
1. In Signature Designer, go into Admin > Database Information.
2. Click on Generate Database Backup
3. Save this backup file on your computer.
Rolling back your database
If you ever need to go back to a previous version, simply attach your backup database file in an email, send it to support@crossware.co.nz and we'll replace the database for you.
