Enabling the Crossware Preview Signature Outlook Add-in
The Preview Signature feature allows users to view the signature that will be applied before an email is sent.
Enabling Preview Signature is an easy process. It requires an Office 365 Global Admin to add an add-in to Office 365.
Accessing your Office 365 Exchange Admin Center
1. Go to your
Office 365 Admin Center and log in.
2. Click on
Admin Centers > Exchange in the sidebar menu.

Adding the Preview Signature Add-in
3. Click
Organization > Add-ins

4. Click the
+ symbol, and then select
Add from URL.
5. Select from one of the following URLs -
If you are running a trial with Crossware Mail Signature:
https://ls-trial.crossware365.com/manifestpreview.xml
If you have purchased Crossware Mail Signature:
https://ls.crossware365.com/manifestpreview.xml
Choose who to enable Preview Signature for
6. Select who you'd like to have access to the Preview Signature add-in by adding a tick next to
Make this add-in available to users in your organization, then specifying your user defaults from the three options below:
Optional, enabled by default
Your users will be able to see and use the Preview Signature icon. This
can be disabled by the user via their Outlook settings.
Optional, disabled by default
Your users will not be able to see and use the Preview Signature icon. This
can be enabled by the user via their Outlook settings.
Mandatory, always enabled. Users can't disable this add-in.
Your users will be able to see and use the Preview Signature icon. This
cannot be disabled by the user via their Outlook settings.
| NOTE: Microsoft is improving this functionality. Soon you will be able to do this from the Office 365 Administration settings and assign the add-in to groups of users. |
